I am a Pagan Artist who likes working with textiles and using the variety of fibres that are now available.
l like to work with a variety of different mediums and like to mix them together to give my work a distinctive and unique feel.
I like working with silk and make silk paper which is wonderful to stitch, cut and needle felt into. I also like working with fibres such as coconut, flax and soya.
At present i am weaving and having tremendous fun so please look out for this work in the coming months.
If i don't like a finished piece after it has hung on my walls for a few weeks then it is either re-worked until i am happy with it or recycled. None of my work ever is sold unless i can sit back and look at it and enjoy what i see. Some pieces i feel loathe to part with but then i tell myself that they are going on to people who also like them as much.
