I liked the idea of creating a winter scene in a pop-art style using black, white and shades of grey. The avenue of trees that I based the picture on created a tunnel effect which appears more emphasised due to the monochrome colours, hence the name Winter Perspective. This was painted in acrylic on box canvas in 2006. |
